Sarah Collier

Sarah is a senior account director and creative producer all-in-one, with experience managing and executing brand initiatives on the agency and client-side. Sarah’s work style and skill set is based on her versatility. On the one hand setting up and architecting complex programs with multi-faceted workstreams and working alongside cross functional creative, strategic, research and production teams — and on the other, rolling up her sleeves and running the day-to-day project management tasks needed to keep things on track, managing the budget, making sure communication is streamlined and keeping things very organized.
Having over fifteen years of experience within the branding, and design industry means Sarah can anticipate where there may be challenges and keep people calm when there might be a curve ball to navigate.
Sarah works at the intersection of the business and the creative team, where marketing leadership meets creative talent.  She has been part of the team on many successful brand launches, visual and verbal rebrands, campaigns and GTM launches, for companies such as Nestle, Amazon, Gap Inc, Cisco Systems, PayPal and a ton of smaller, equally valued companies.
Over the years Sarah has been an account director FutureBrand and Moving Brands in the U.S. and Wolff Olins and Conran design in the UK.
Sarah immerses herself in the organization’s business challenges and objectives to help guide the creative team. Building on her experience, Sarah is intimately immersed in the design process, has developed a keen eye for design, and a finely tuned ear for all  things verbal, to make sure the output the team is sending is always as thorough and well thought through as possible.
Sarah has helped guide her clients through the planning of  launches, the process of gaining consensus with senior leaders, CMOs and CEOs and has been a trusted advisor to her clients on areas such as launch planning, brand governance and on-boarding programs.
Sarah studied at the University of Hertfordshire in the UK, and received a BA (hons) in Humanities.
