Presentation templates and toolkits
Before beginning the presentation refresh, we interviewed multiple teams—from sales to HR to product marketing.
Once we had an understanding of how they currently used PowerPoint and what their presentations were like, we could design a more functional, intuitive, and on-brand presentation system.
We conducted work sessions to pressure test and refine the new templates. A set of self-reading presentations were given to employees to guide them in making clearer, more concise, and on-brand presentations.
After the templates were distributed, we held office hours and Q&A sessions to support the rollout.
