Diversity, equity, and inclusion council and employee resource groups
Diversity, equity, and inclusion is a central part of Co-op, both as an organization and brand.
Employees are engaged with programs through the DE+I Council and employee-run employee resource groups.
We worked with the internal teams and HR to create a shared graphic system based on the plus symbol, giving each group a unique symbol while clearly being a connected network within Co-op.
